You will discover that there are lots of things to see in Almeria. In the old quarter of you will find the attractive 17th century Plaza Vieja which is a good place to stop for a drink and a snack with its many tapas bars and cafés. Calle de las Tiendas which runs south from the Puerto de Purchena is one of Almeria’s oldest streets and nowadays is a fashionable shopping area. Have a wander down the delightful side streets which lead via Plaza Flores and Torres Siloy to the Plaza San Pedro and have a look at the handsome church and raised promenade.

Try the Resort of Mojacar
